She and her manager Elif handled my check-in seamlessly, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Absolutely amazing view from our room. For me it was very important. Tasty Breakfast with nice variety. And like a bonus- seagulls behind the windows) The location of the hotel is great and close to everything: cafes, restaurants, boat station, metro station and etc. Will definitely come again to this place. Exceptional service. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Close to Marmaray train stop, shops, restaurants, and more. Wi-fi was really good and reliable.

Good rooms, great personnel, underground parking. 5 minutes walk to Marmaray (train to Istanbul center). Decent breakfast, however it would be perfect if they can add more meat products. Nice sea view from selected rooms.

the staff was really nice especially Miss Guler. She was very friendly and helped out a lot. The rooms were tidy and nice. The cleaners were so friendly. The area around it was great, close to supermarkets, restaurants and easy to commute via ferry, train and bus.
